First time working with emberwood, a large starburst. Anyone have any experience gluing it with Unibond urea?

I bought in December the last 25 leaves in the flitch at Certainly Wood. Must not have resupplied yet because I can't find it on their web site now. When I was researching it I found data on the common name (emberwood) and the scentific name, but not finding anything now. It is nuisance/invasive tree in Hawaii, native I think to someplace in Asia.

A picture I captured from Certainly Wood's web site when I was looking at options for the starburst.
