Subject : Fliptop Table Press has a bad air leak. HELP

I have been messing around with my Fliptop Table press for awhile now and have had no luck in stopping the air leaks. My blue vacuum cycles on every 5-10 seconds. I put my ear all around the table and have only noticed a few whistles coming from either corner or sides. I then apply clamps to those areas, the whistle then stops but air is still escaping at the same rate.

I have replaced the black rubber gasket, tested the vacuum by itself and had no leak.

When I first had the press it worked well, I later moved shops and between that time the press stayed outside all year protected by a tarp. I had to replace the gasket because it was falling off. What else must be replaced? looking for any ideas and help. thanks

Rather than trying to figure this out over the forum I think a phone conversation would be more productive. You can call me at 207-725-0935. Darryl
