I am laying up a marquetry piece that has birds eye maple, walnut, curly sycamore, burled walnut and sapele. Any suggestions on the Unibond color, medium or dark?

Dark is better than light as pores filled in a dark color will stand out less than pores filled with a light color. Sycamore with dark hardener in the open pores will look better than walnut with light color in the pores. Also, consider adding the Unibond Blocker which will help minimize bleed through over all.
