Does anybody know who retails 4 x 8 or 4 x 4 sheets of bending plywood? Since I have no experience with this, I will have to ask a naive question....Is bending plywood flexible plywood, or is it plywood constructed to allow steam or heat bending? I plan to veneer the curved surface. Thanks

Dear Kevin,Bending plywood is flexible plywood, usually comes in 1/8", 3/8", and sometimes 1/4". Unlessyou are a cabinet shop and can buy direct from the warehouse, I suggest going to a qualitylumber yard and have them order it for you. All lumber yards have access to plywood warehouses and can get it for you.SincerelyDarryl Keil: Does anybody know who retails 4 x 8 or 4 x 4 sheets of bending plywood? I have worked with bent plywood but have yet to experiment with compound bends. Eames chairs are a good example of this. Does anyone know of instructional techniques of achieving bends on multiple axis.Any other info pertaining to glueing, jig building, and routing would be appreciated too. thanks

I am also working with bending plywood but using bamboo strips. As I intend to also steam the ply-bamboo, could anyone suggest a compatible glue. Any comment regarding using plybamboo/plywood in furniture.
