I'm hoping that a few of you remember me.

I was heavy into marquetry from about 7 to 20 years ago. Contributed here a lot.

My other passion took over, and I made a business out of it, and since then marquetry has taken a sideline.

Well recently I'm going to be doing some veneering work, and so I came back here to get some refreshers.

I'm just simply amazed that the forum is exactly the same format as when I was here 8+ years ago! Congrats Darryl for keeping things as they have been!

HA! Funny thing....after having not contributed for probably 7-9 years, I took a chance on my username and password! I nailed it!

By the way...any major changes in veneering the last 7-8 years?

Seem like Unibond is still the preferred adhesive, right?

Looking forward to seeing your first pen with a marquetry pattern! Can't wait to hear how you clamp. And welcome back fellow Buckeye.

Yeah, don't know if that will happen! Marquetry is fun, but pens are work!
