If you are looking for pre-assembled 4x8 sheets likely you'll have to purchase paper backed or pre-taped 2 sided veneer from an intermediate.
Never used them but a friend says www.emcummingsveneer.com makes 2 ply to order.
If you can make your own sheets www.certainlywood.com has quartered wenge. I've been very happy with Certainly Wood. I used some of their quartered wenge and it is harder to use than say cherry, oak, makore, ... Wenge chips at the edge very easily - the only success I had trimming edges was with Festool saw and Festool straightedge, and even then it sometimes had to be cut a 2nd time. Wenge also loves to throw splinters. It is VERY open pored, which makes for finishing experimentation. Finally, the urea formaldehyde glue I used, where it bled through, showed in the pores as light spots until the urea formaldehyde glue is tinted very dark.
EXPERIMENT, EXPERIMENT, EXPERIMENT!
