I can't find solid holly for edging so I am wondering if I can make a 2 or 3 ply with a completely invisible glue line?
A source of high quality solid stock is still preferable, but I can't find it. Need small quantities.

I've dealt with them; good bunch in my experience. They sell 1" holly, though not cheap (not surprisingly). They happily ship and their rates are quite reasonable.

amwoodinc's price is just about two bucks a bdft above what I pay, which would translate to even more, with shipping, so it's not too bad. That's what I pay for 8/4 stock for very white holly.

I spoke with berkshire & I intend to get their last 5 sq/ft of 1/16"
I found more though & odd shape from exotic woods in Burlington.
