Subject : glue adhesion to poly bag

We find that glue squeezeout adheres much more tenaciously to our polyurethane bag than to our vinyl one. Is there any treatment, coating, etc. that we can use to ease this problem, or any easy way to remove glue residue? We often use a sheet of 6 mil poly over the assembly inside the bag, but this doesn't always happen for various reasons.

Yes, its true that glue squeeze out sticks less to vinyl than polyurethane. What I suggest is to get the vegetable oil spray for pots and pans called "Pam". I usually just rub it where the closure goes since thats where you want a good seal but you can of course rub the entire bag with it.

With a regular paint scraper. You can get most all of it off this way. The only glue that is impossible to get off a polyurethane bag is polyurethane glue, like gorilla glue.
