In flattening the rosewood should I denature alcohol the veneer prior to applying Daryl's flattening solution?

No this is not necessary, just go ahead and use the solution.

Thanks Darryl.
Your flattening solution worked GREAT on some pelin burl I'll be using for the field of a dining table.
I am now in the process of flatting the rosewood for the 3" cross band.
So, after the rosewood has completely dried after the flattening process will it be necessary to denature alcohol the side of rosewood to be unibonded to the substrate?

Are you referring to cleaning the flattening solution or cleaning BRW because you thing it needs it for any resins it has, that might keep it from gluing well.
For all RW now or even other species; most of the time I hit it with 100 grit on a block, then blow off the dust. & glue right away.
