What Wade said is a good way to go, just be sure to keep the water to an absolute minimum. You dont want to dilute the glue with water. Basically make your water/analine dye like a slurry, this will keep the water quantity low.
The other option is to mike the powdered dye directly into the unmixed resin and let it sit for 15 minutes or so, sturring every so often. This way it will slowly disolve in without the concern of the glue catalyzing. Then add the catalyst. The down side to this method is you dont get to see your true color until after you add the catalyst.
