Can you tell me how to make a circle (like column) with 4 ply or more of maple veneer with a vacuum press?

Its very difficult to calculate the return point on a number of layers to make a cylinder. I suggest you purchase a premade cylinder from a company like Roberts Plywood. They have 12" diameter cylinders for purchase.
