No you can not, for three reasons.
Standard quick disconnects are made for compressed air and do not work for vacuum as the pressure is in the wrong direction. They will leak more than is acceptable, especially with a number of stations.
Second, they restrict the flow considerably. The mechanisms in a quick disconnect fitting that make it self sealing are a major bottleneck.
Third, these same mechanisms collect any small wood chips that may be drawn down your lines and over time back up the air flow so badly that you can hardly pull vacuum at all.
Get open flow quick disconnect fittings meant for vacuum that do not self seal when disconnected and put a shut off valve in line.
