I have a Gast Vacuum Pump (New) model # 0522-V4-G180D. The Specs. are 10 PSI Max Duty, 4.3 C.F.M. Open Flow (Lubricated) How would work for a Vacuum Press? Thanks, Larry

Dear Larry,Your pump should be fine for a vacuum press. You gave the psi rating for the exhaust port of the pump but not the HG rating on the vacuum port. I assume this model will pull at least 25HG. Although a lubricated model is a fine vacuum pump, I'm not a fan of them because you must always remember to keep the oil reserve filled, which is easy to forget.
