I have to veneer 4 drawers with a continuous design . How should I go at it ? Keep the veneer design in one piece, glue it to a single mdf sheet then slice the finished sheet in 4 or cut the veneer in 4 pieces and glue individually ? I am concerned by gaps and misalignment of the pattern from one drawer front to the other.Any other suggestions?

This way the grain will match as perfectly as possible

I put spacers in between my panels and a fence.thinner then my substrate. I have a 1/4 flush trimmer bit , slip my spacers out , and flush trim. HA. don't glue your spacers to your drawers tho. Sometimes , due to achieving desired results I've had to come back with a utility knife and straight edge to seperate the panels.: : : Any other suggestions?: : I would suggest your thought of veneering one piece then cutting into drawer fronts.
