Subject : Unibond 800 catalyst question

Is there an MSDS available for the catalyst? I am interested in the percentage of ammonium chloride. The other UF glue I was using had it listed as 13% ammonium chloride with the rest being nut shell filler. I would use the ammonium chloride by itself since in my application the filler would cause an excessive glue line. Can I do the same with the Unibond?

If you want to use straight Ammonium Chloride by itself use a ratio of about 100 to 1. I'm assuming you are a fly rod maker? I get this question a lot from fly rod makers.

Thank you, I will try a test piece once I can get things over 70° in my shop. And yes, I am a fly rod maker.
