Subject : old sticky bag

I haven't used my vacupress in over a year and the bag is all sticky and stiff. How do I clean this bag and is there a way to make the bag less stiff to unroll?

I would also like to know how to clean the bag, I have a lot of bags are placed too long, resulting in stiffness.
