I'm doing a bent lamination project soon using zebrawood.
I was planning on using Unibond 800 to glue it all together. After I thought of it, I don't know if I can get the Unibond to match the color variance in the wood.
Any Ideas on how to use Unibond with Zebrawood?

Haven't worked with zebrawood. Are you anticipating bleed through problems? Cracks and fissures in the wood allowing leakage? Do you plan to dye/stain after pressing, and worried that glue will not absorb the color?
After a bad experience with jatoba (bleed through persistant through repeated sandings) I'm less likely to commit a project with a new species of veneer. Have you made any test pressings with zebrawood yet?

I have used zebrano for quite a few projects, and have used a urea resin glue for all of those projects without any problems whatsoever. It will bleed through, as it will with all open-grained woods, but just sand or scrape the bleed through off. What remains in the pores has never interfered with finish (I use pre- and post-catalyzed lacquers as well as conversion varnish)and is invisible. I go with a medium brown colour, a little lighter than the dark stripes, just because that is the colour of the brand of urea resin I use.

Even if you are dying your project, in my experiences thus far the urea resin that remains in pores is not really visible. This is one of the pluses of using this glue. Just make sure to get all the glue off the surface of the wood. I normally just sand it off.
