Unlike PVA glues that have "tack", which allows you to put more in the bag after a certain length of time, Unibond 800 is a chemical reaction set which requires full pressure until you take the parts out, especially with bent lamination work.
The best way to speed things up is to add heat. At 90 to 100 degrees Unibond 800 will set much much faster.
Unibond 800 has a fairly long open work time, especially if the glue itself is chilled before mixing. This way you could put a few forms in the bag at the same time.
