I havent started this yet but here are the final drwings and renderings. some photos show optional veneer species as well as optional end bracket designs.

3/4" MDF substrate? You don't get to tease with renderings without some details!

1 1/4 back panel and the shelves are 1 inch mdf.

shelf brackets are 4x4 aluminum extrusion. cut into 1 inch pieces 1/8 side wall thickness. the lettered dividers are 1/16 thick aluminum sheets and the profile and lettering is done on a water jet.
after all the aluminum parts are made they will be sanded/deburred to remove all saw marks and then sandblasted. sex bolts hold the aluminum brackets to both shelf and back panel.

the whole unit is hung on the wall with z-clip hardware.
