Is there a way to seal the bag the long ways instead of sliding in from the end. When you do large pieces it would be nice to open up the bag & lay the pieces in there & close it up. Like you would on a table but use a bag. I don't have the room for a table set up.

Excellent question. I've been wondering that myself. My shop's pretty small and it would be great if I could slide the veneer sandwich in sideways, especially when I'm doing exterior type doors.

Jay,

We can and have made what I call "side load bags" but its not something we stock for two reasons. One, because we have to roll up the bag the long way for side load bags the boxes become oversized which significantly increases shipping costs. Second and more importantly, side load closures because of their length, take a lot more work to get on and off, and don't have quite the same level of air sealing as end load closures.

If you want we can make you a side loading bag. If you have an end loader and want to convert it, just glue shut the two ends and cut off the side heat weld.
