Anyone tried this Sandeply as a substrate?

If you have please tell us about your experience with this type of plywood.

I've never used it before, but if you Google it, you'll find that a lot of people don't like it.

It sounds like it's a lower grade plywood.

But I only did a quick google search...I really know nothing about it.
