Can I still use Unibond to make a 2-ply that will wrap around a 3-1/4" radius, or should I use PVA?

Bill,

Yes, you can still do the two ply but I would press up the two ply and bend it around the radius on the same day. Lay up the two ply first thing in the morning, then before you go home for the day take it out of the press and press it onto the radius. This way there is still some flex in the glue to allow the bending you require. Unibond does not achieve a rigid state until after around 12 hours, depending on temperature. If your shop is in the mid 80's or higher I would do the bending after about 5 hours.

Sincerely

Thank you Darryl, I'll go for it.
