Like Don said, clear braided reinforced hose is good for vacuum use and is readily available. My only additional comment is use a hose you can see through to some extent. This way if anything gets clogged in it you can see it. For this reason I would stay away from standard compressor line hose.
I have noticed over time even the braided hose can sometimes ovalize and collapse to some extent, usually not to a detriment but we did switch to clear coil steel reinforced hose for our presses which will not deflect at all and is very flexible. It is much more expensive and hard to find unless you buy in quantity. You should be OK with the braided hose, I'm just a stickler for details.
