Two other strong possibilities was that the glue may have gone bad,(plastic resin glue needs to be fresh), or you may have not been up to temperature.70 degrees or better is very important with this glue and I hear about considerably more glue failures this time of year.
Knowing if the shelf life of your glue was up is a bit difficult with plastic resin. Once you've used it a while you'll notice a slight stringiness or what can look like curdling so to speak when it no good anymore.
