Does anyone know where you can get end grain veneer?
I saw a cabinet made from this today and it looked amazing. I think it was Oak.
It was made from slices through the log, which was about 20" in diam.

Has anyone seen this?

Are you referring to Silas Kopf's "Oyster" work?

If so, I know that Silas saws his own end-grain veneer.

Well actually it was a sliced veneer, very very thin. Infact the thinnest veneer I have ever seen and paper backed. Someone must be slicing this stuff somewhere. Any ideas?
