Subject : Small sunburst in a large panel

Daryl,I want to venner a small sunburst inside a large panel. I am thinking this procedure: First glue down small sunburst on large panel, using evacunet. Then clean up sunburst edge as usual. I am thinking of a diamond shape. Then carefully place the rest of the surrounding veneer, and back into the vacuum bag. Will the evacunet idea work? Thanks, Carl.

Dear Carl,Im not sure why you want to use the evacunet for this procedure. I would simply use a topcaul the same size as the small sunburt with the grooved platen underneath as usual and gofrom there.SincerelyDarryl Keil: Daryl,: I want to venner a small sunburst inside a large panel.
