As a vacuum is drawn does the pressure in a bladder need to be pumped up? If not do you think I could use an intertube(s)? Thanks

The pressure does not need to be pumped up because the bladder is self inflating. This is acomplished by having a hose from the bladder, out through the vacuum bag with access tooutside air. As the bladder senses vacuum being drawn into the vacuum bag that it is insideof, it automatically will draw air in to balance itself, no need to pressurize. As a vacuum is drawn does the pressure in a bladder need to be pumped : up? If not do you think I could use an intertube(s)? Thanks
