Ed,Thanks for the information. you've been a big helpTom: If you are using contact cement (the most common method I have seen for refacing), apply the veneer to the stiles first, then cut the strips for the rails slightly longer (1/32 at most) than you need. Set one end tight to the stile and press about half of it down, then, keeping the remainder from touching the rail, set the other end and work the ripple out towards each end. Practice on some scrap and you'll get excellent results almost immediately.: : I'm refacing my kitchen cabinets.
