Dear Darryl Keil, We were thinking of taking the basic 7 plys of veneers and glueing them with some type of special glue from your site, and then using the compact 100 to press them all together onto a form. the skateboard design is basically 7.5 by 31.5. We dont know how to construct the form. thnx.mark

Dear Mark,All you need to make your form is some 3/8" bending ply and a small amount of 3/4" plywood or particle board. The instruction manual for the Compact 100 will explain how to construct the form. You should be able to make it in about an hour.
