Subject : Vacuum frame leaking

We just finished our table this morning and are trying the frame press out. We have a leak in the one back corner, close to one hinge. It looks like it is leaking between the plastic 'bag' and the black seal we glued on. The vacuum pump cycles about every 90 seconds.

Any ideas what we can do?

Without talking with you I cant be clear about the details of your leak, but this is what I would do. Unhook the frame from the table and turn it upside down. On the inside of the gasket where it is attached to the membrane, put a small bead of the patch kit glue between the two surfaces, like a little fillet. Let it fully cure overnight and then reattach the frame to the table.
