I would like to veneer a large cove molding using your vacuum press. I have ripped a 9 inch diameter paper (1/4 inch thick) shipping cylinder into four sections. The cove molding will fit between the wall and ceiling.
How might I use my vacupress to do this without damaging the polyurethane bag?

Thanks
Carl

I dont really see a problem with the polyurethane bag handling the cove, I see the bag destroying the cardboard cylinder pieces if they are not suppported properly. You will have to tuck the veneer and bag into the belly of the cove before you turn on the press otherwise the bag will split the veneer down the middle.
