I am hand clamping my table crossband with uni bond 800.
Shop temp at about 70-75 degrees.
Glue ratio 4-1.
Applied the glue with foam roller, placed veneer, added a 3/4" piece of melamine on top, and c-clamps. I then poured a small amount in the ziploc bag. Clamped for 3 hours. Pulled sample out from zippy in one piece. I am noticing the zippy sample is still pliable after an hour out of its bag. I'm thinking I should have added more heat I just didn't know how with clamps being in the way. Question, will my crossband be OK? Will the resin harden up with time?

My experience is that plastic resin glues do not become fully rigid for 12-24 hours as long as the minimum temperature is maintained. Did your sample become rigid overnight?
