I would like to think after 25 years I could figure out where the leaks are, but I can't on this one. I just replaced the nipple on one of the original 4 x 6 bags where I thought the leak might of been coming from. so that's done & it all works real good for flat surfaces. the pump doesn't come on & off too much. But I am putting this question in the context of glue ups with big funny shaped forms inside the bag & everything gets really scrunched up when you hit 25HG. So is there some other thing I have to watch for in these situations. The mold is 7" wide, 12" tall, & 24" long. the curve is the classic 'S'type curve of 1/2 an accoustic guitar. Everything pulls in with my help nicely. When it's all drawn the seal of the bag is a long curve instead of the normal straight one you get with flat work. Maybe something there?
The one I got in there now is occilating every 8 mins or so, not so bad.
But the last one was like every 1 minute. & on flat work typically 10 to 15 mins. So what's my question?
What should I be looking out in order to have more consistency?
cheers
