Subject : vacuum table?

I am new to vacuum pressing...I would like to start useing a flip top table press to do my vennering I have the pump already all I need is a table??
up to this point I used 22 mill paper backed veneer with contact cement to do all my work. I need to learn the prosess of using a vacuum with I guess would be cold press glue... what glue what veneer & how to do it?? is there a book or manuel that comes with the flip top setup??
please advise

There is literally A TON of information in the old discussion threads on this forum. When I first started veneering a couple years ago the first thing I did was to page through all the old posts, learning as I read.

I don't know of a good book that covers vacuum veneering. My first recommendation would actually be the two videos made by Darryl Keil and available on this web site. They explain in clear and concise detail the various types of adhesives that can be used, vacuum techniques, et cetera. If you're also interested in assembling different types of veneer into marquetry, inlaid borders, ... I'd very highly also recommend the video by Paul Schurch, www.schurchwoodwork.com I think. If not, try searching for marquetry, schurch, veneer.
