Hello,
I have two questions -
1. Will freshly applied Unibond adhere to cured Unibond, assuming the cured Unibond has been sanded with 180 grit paper?
2. Will freshly applied Unibond adhere to cured West System epoxy, assuming the cured epoxy has been sanded with 80 grit paper?
Thank you for your advice.
Mike

Mike,

Yes and no to cured Unibond 800 and no to epoxy. If the cured Unibond 800 has saturated the substrate but when sanded gives you some "bite" into the wood fibers you're OK. If the surface is total glazed with cured glue then you probably wont get good bonding. I do suggest a courser sanding, like around 80 grit

Sincerely
