Subject : Removing Vacuum Bag Velcro Adhesive Residue

It's time to replace the velcro at the ends of my vacuum bag. What type of solvent is safe to use for removing the adhesive residue from the old velcro strips? Worried that lacquer thinner may damage the bag. Thanks.

Use some naptha to do the job. I recommend staying away from the laquer thinner.
