Go here and request their clip-art catalog. There, you'll find literally hundreds of thousands of copyright-free designs.
Pierre Ramond's books are WONDERFUL, but very expensive. If you are serious about marquetry, these are indespensible, anyways...

As far as a book that was written specifically as a resource for marqueters to go to and find an array of patterns, I don't think that anything exists. Most people just take a clipping of what they like, and adapt it, or design completely from scratch.
