Subject : Vacuum pressing around a 3/4" bullnose

is there anyone who could tell me the best way to get a tight wrap around a 3/4" bullnose using a vacuum press? the substrate is particle board and the veneer is 10 mil red oak.

Is this bullnose just a molding piece all by itself or the edge of a shelf or panel? If its the later could you give me the overall panel size?
