After using a batch of unibond, there is what seems to be undissolved particles in the bottom of my pan, mostly white in color. I use an electric mixer and no matter how long I mix this still occurs. What is it and is this lessening the quality of my glue?

Ben,

Im assuming you are using the medium catalyst which has titanium dioxide in it for tinting. This chemical is a real bugger to blend and there can be little white particles. Do not be concerned, it will not affect the performance of the glue at all.

Sincerely
