Subject : veneering a veneered panel

Is it a bad idea to veneer over a veneered panel? The panel is a piece of plywood that I veneered with awhile back but didn't use. I was thinking of reusing it by veneering over the veneered surfaces. Is this a bad idea?

Ploh,

Veneering an already veneered panel is fine. You can even run the veneer in the same direction as the previous layer. Just be sure to veneer both sides.
