Subject : Rolled veneer

I have some veneer that has been rolled up for awhile. It is straight grain, non-paperback veneer.
Should I flatten this veneer prior to glueing it to the substrate?

Dave,

If you can work with it without it splitting or tearing skip the flattening process, its a lot of work. You could also unroll it and weight the ends down for a few days to get it to relax some.
