Have you used the product generally referred to as Ultralight MDF and if so, did you encounter any problems?

It is made in either Chile or Argentina (can't remember which) out of pine (Radiata?).I use it for all my raised panel doors, flat doors, flat panels and non-load bearing surfaces. I don't use it, unless I can't help it, where its weakness would pose a problem, such as a table top, dresser top, drawer fronts that are prone to stress and the like.Use lots of glue, especially when edgebanding or when you have sanded off the glossy top as it is very porous.Great stuff Maynerd.Douglas Vincent
