What substrate material would be reccomended with regard to being and staying absolutely flat. Doors are my primary concern. The clients in question have already rejected one peice(not mine) due to what I considered a slight warpage in a drop leaf. MDF is my first choice, but I've encountered MDF that wasn't truely flat. These doors will have to be FLAT! Size app. 18x30

Dear Joe,MDF would be my choice for the flattest and most stable doors, but there is more to keepingthe door flat than just the substrate. Its is very important to put veneer on the back sideas well. Also, a veneer of similar thickness and density on the back to match the front willhelp with stability.SincerelyDarryl Keil: What substrate material would be reccomended with regard to being and staying absolutely flat.
