Dear Kevin,Boy, you sure are asking for a challenge. Rolling the veneer over a 1/2" radius is no real problem, but your 6" radiused corners are going to take some practice. I would do some testing with a paper template first then try it with some veneer on a sample corner. No matter what the corners will be difficult. And Im not sure the cuts will look good in the end. The edge is one & half inches thick.: do you have any recommendations for helping the veneer turn the edge?: The edge radius is open at this point. I would like to make it with: a radius of no more than one-half inch. Is this corner too sharp?: The corner of the table is not square, but is rounded with a six-inch: radius.
