Can I reveneer auto trim pieces right over the top of existing sound veneer, after the finish is stripped? It would most likely be burl on burl. After reveneering, should a balancing veneer be used?

Dear Ed,As long as the underneath veneer is sound and the finish is completely removed you will be fine. As far as a balancing veneer see your next post for my comments.SincerelyDarryl Keil: Can I reveneer auto trim pieces right over the top of existing sound : veneer, after the finish is stripped?
