How is it that auto manufactuers (Rolls Royce, Bentley, Jaguar) are able to veneer solid wood and bakelite trim pieces with walnut burl veneer and not put a balancing veneer on the back side, with no warpage?

Dear Ed,Most veneered car parts are too small to show warpage and they are curved anyway. They may also use epoxy which minimizes any potential warpage. Warpage shows up more the larger the panel.SincerelyDarryl Keil: How is it that auto manufactuers (Rolls Royce, Bentley, Jaguar) are : able to veneer solid wood and bakelite trim pieces with walnut burl : veneer and not put a balancing veneer on the back side, with no : warpage?
