Ken, I would suggest only doing one at a time or you might be facing disaster. I would also suggest using white glue because of its fairly long open time and also becaue you will only have to leave it set in the bag for about 1 1/2 hours before you can remove it and do the next one. Good luck, John. : I am making 15 pieces, 10' long of a cherry cove molding. Solids that : size, clear heart and grain matching, are exorbitant. (if you can get : them) ...SO I am buying 6" Radius 90* bent plywood in 10' lengths : through Roberts Plywood in New York ($62/ea) as well as their 2 ply : cherry, sanded veneer. My press is set up with a 10' bag and I have : watched the video on veneering inside curves. I'm looking for input : on how to effectively and effieciently veneer these "cove moldings". : The bent plywood is 5/8" thick. I am considering making a scalloped : frame to hold 4, maybe 5 pieces at a time in the 48" bag, but I am : concerned about having enough hands to press the veneer and bag into : the recess to avoid having the veneer span (and split). Anyone have : some experience/wisdom/ best guesses on this one?: Thanks for your thoughts: Ken Irish
