Dear Sir, We introduce ourselves as an engineering firm involved in the design and development in electronics. After successful completion of a surround sound decoder for home and movie theatre, We would like to venture into Loudspeaker enclosure manufacturing. We are interested in a Lamination machine for MDF/Particle boards used in the manufacture of loudspeaker enclosures. Such a machine should be able to laminate plane surfaces, curved edges and circular voids ( in which the loudspeakers will be mounted).Kindly guide us in this regard and send us the necessary brochures which will best describe such a machine.Thanking you in anticipation. Yours sincerely, For Ravindra Agencies, Ravindra Mahavir Desai,560, Shahupuri,Kolhapur 416001MaharashtraIndia. Ph: (91-231) 653151/657751e-mail: rmd@ip.eth.net

: Dear Sir,: : We introduce ourselves as an engineering firm involved in the design : and development in electronics. After successful completion of a : surround sound decoder for home and movie theatre, We would like to : venture into Loudspeaker enclosure manufacturing.: We are interested in a Lamination machine for MDF/Particle boards : used in the manufacture of loudspeaker enclosures. Such a machine : should be able to laminate plane surfaces, curved edges and Your desire to venture into loudspeaker cabinet manufacturing embraces a broad range of knowledge, skills, equipment, and capital. If you envision producing a substantial quantity of units that will be durable, produce the desired acoustic characteristics necessary, and be affordable to your customers I would suggest that you contract with a cabinet shop to do the work for you. With all do respect to you, from your enquiry your choice of words and the information you require is seemingly based on little or no personal experience at cabinetmaking or building furniture. Why not let the experts do what they do best; that is, why not let the cabinetmakers produce your cabinets for you and then after you have a better understanding of the processes and equipment required (perhaps a year or two) you and your partners can sit back with an iced tea and ask yourselves again if you truly want to enter the cabinetmaking business. I'm unaware of what professional "woodworking" magazines there are in your region, but in North America, one of the best production woodworking/cabinetmaking/furniture magazines is entitled "WOOD AND WOOD PRODUCTS" published by Vance Publishers. My advice is to subscribe to it for a year. Many, if not most of your questions will be answered between the pages. In summation, I think you need to do some more plain ole' homework and research.: voids ( in which the loudspeakers will be mounted).: Kindly guide us in this regard and send us the necessary brochures : which will best describe such a machine.: Thanking you in anticipation.: : Yours sincerely,: : For Ravindra Agencies,: : Ravindra Mahavir Desai,: 560, Shahupuri,: Kolhapur 416001: Maharashtra: India.: : Ph: (91-231) 653151/657751: e-mail: rmd@ip.eth.net
