Subject : Skateboard deck pressing.

I've been thinking about starting to press some skateboard decks with the intention of (if it goes well) starting a small local shop and sponsoring some kids around central Illinois, if nothing else just learning the process. I've just started my research, so I don't know if this is possible or not, given time, price, etc. I would love it if anyone experienced with this could give me some advice or pointers.
