Steve,Try considering using a urea resin glue to fill these small holes, provided they are small. Unibond 800 can be purchased in three catalyst colors that can be matched to your veneer. During pressing extra glue will naturally fill up these holes. If the color is in the right range, a little darker than the surrounding veneer, it should do the job quite nicely.SincerelyDarryl Keil: I recently purchase mappa burl veneer and it has lots of little : holes on the burl how do i fill this holes?: On the darker woods I do use saw dust with varnish but sinse : the mappa burl is mostly very light I wonder if anyone has better : way of filling the tiny holes.: Thanks for your help Steve.
